Scaffolded the site. Four content collections — projects, log, writing, and /on for opinions and preferences — each with a schema that fails the build rather than shipping something malformed.

Design is deliberately neutral for now. Every color, size, and font in the codebase is a token reference, so the real visual system can land later as a single file swap instead of a rewrite.
